Bespoke recruitment activities
Our bespoke recruitment activities events are an opportunity for employers seeking to recruit final year talent into their business. Mirroring speed networking, the events provide businesses the chance to engage directly with students in rotations lasting for 5 minutes. To qualify for a speed recruitment session, businesses must:
- Have live opportunities for final year students
- Be able to provide a live job description that can be shared with student applicants
- Be willing to offer students a tangible outcome if a good impression is made.
As part of Speed Recruitment, Employer Engagement will
- Collect expressions of interests and CVs from students for your roles
- Create candidate packs and share them with you prior to the evening, allowing you to attend with a deeper understanding of who you will be meeting
- Prepare the students for the speed interviews via a specially created preparation session.
Please note that each speed recruitment event is limited to 6 businesses and so early bookings are recommended.
